PERFECT fit® is a new online physical therapy, fitness and health improvement portal that allows your members to access personalized 4 week, 8 week and 12 week fitness plans and learn from biomechanically accurate 3D character exercise animations.
Health plan members can also access joint specific and body region specific exercise programs to prevent and manage injuries. Each personalized fitness and injury management and prevention plan is structured to match personal interests/goals, desired program intensity, days of the week, workout location, and available equipment.
Plan members can also be directly connected to the PTLinked™ global physical therapist directory through the portal which allows them to locate and select a physical therapist best suited to treat them when an injury occurs. They can choose to have their physical therapist guide them after an injury to ensure they follow a program best suited to meet their injury needs and fitness goals.
This fully customizable online physical therapy, fitness and health improvement portal is available for license by health plans. PERFECT fit Health will also independently license its suite of 3D assets and content including:
